Destigmatizing Dementia in Addison County

Join Vermonters with Alzheimer's and other dementias, family caregivers, legislative leaders, service providers, and community members for a conversation about dementia. We will talk about:
• receiving a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or another dementia
• caring for someone with dementia
• services you know about in Vermont and in your community, and what services are needed
• opportunities to build Dementia Friendly Communities
• how you can get involved with the fight to end Alzheimer's and all other dementias
