The Harriet Farnsworth Powell Historical Museum, located in the white building next to the Essex Center Library will be open this Sunday, June 19, from 1 to 4 p.m. The museum has been totally reorganized over the winter so even if you have visited before, there is something new to see along with the old favorites plus the two 2022 seasonal exhibits which focus on the 100th Anniversary of the Champlain Valley Fair including the "Most Perfect Baby Contest" held at the Fair in 1926 and Essex Photographer, Evans Knapp.
