Mad River Valley Senior Citizens is offering a special bus trip for seniors, including a picnic lunch and musical comedy in Burlington on Sat., July 30th. Seating is limited, so please register by June 24th. Charter Bus departs from Evergreen Place, Waitsfield at 10:30 a.m. and returns at 5:15 p.m. Picnic lunch held under a covered pavilion at Oak Ledge Park on Lake Champlain, followed by "Desperate Measures," a musical comedy show held at Saint Michael's College Playhouse. $10 per senior, age 60+. ($25 for a non-senior who is accompanying a senior.) Includes bus fee and gratuity, lunch, and theater ticket.
