Forest Therapy Walk
(Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing)

Please join me on a guided 2-3 hour gentle walk in the forest where you will be invited into different invitations that will awaken your senses, restoring your connection to nature and yourself. There will be moments of silence and of sharing our experiences as we connect to the beauty and simplicity of the natural world.

We will commence our walk with a tea ceremony.

Joyce St. Jean, is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide (in-training) through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides. She is Certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR.

Joyce would greatly appreciate if you would fill out a walk evaluation at the end of the walk.

Date: Sunday, June 26, 2022
Time: 8:30 am - 11:30 am
Location: Brattleboro

Once your reservation is confirmed, I will send out the location for the walk.
