Middletown Springs Property Owners:

Your 4th and final property tax payment for FY21/22 is due on or before Wednesday 6/15/22.

Drop your payment in the black box on the Town Office Building on or before end of day 6/15 OR mail your check with a postmark dated 6/15 or before to PO Box 1022.

Any payments received in the Box or postmarked after the 15th will incur an 8% PENALTY as well as the usual late payment interest charges.

If you require a receipt, please submit a stamped, self addressed envelope.

Please do NOT submit tax payments to the Town Clerk as she is not authorized to accept them.

Looking ahead, new tax bills will be generated by mid-August. Be on the look out...and SAVE your copy for payment and FUTURE reference.
