• Approve and authorize Denise Wheeler to sign the loan agreement with Community Bank for a loan of $66,667.00, to be paid over 5 (years) at 3.19% interest, and subject to other terms as outlined in the May 31, 2022 letter from Robin Ware of Community Bank to Denise Wheeler. This action is consistent with the town's approval of a warned item at the 2022 Calais Town Meeting.
• Approve expenses and time related to constable/animal control officer work; also authorize payment to Bobbin Mill Veterinary Services PLC in the amount of $758.49, for treating animals in the town's care
• Approve and authorize Rick Kehne to sign the "Letter of Intent to Participate in the SFY2023 Municipal Roads Grants-in-Aid Program"
• Approve and authorize Sharon Winn to sign the "2022-2023 Fire Protection Contract with the Town of Calais," i.e. the contract with Woodbury Volunteer Fire Department, includes $35,370 for general operating expenses, $17,850 for the truck replacement fund, and $31,000 for the capital replacement fund. This action is consistent with the town's approval of a warned item at the 2022 Calais Town Meeting.
• Reappoint Anne Winchester to a 3 year on the Development Review Board, i.e. until June, 2025
• Reappoint Tom Blachly, Peter Lividitis, and Walter Opuszynski to 3 year terms on the Trails Committee, i.e. until June, 2025
• Approve John Brabant as select board liaison to the Planning Commission for purpose of coordinating process around proposed Calais Zoning Amendments (from 5/23 discussion)
