Foster Gardens Yard & Plant Sale is this SUNDAY, June 12, from 9-3, off White Brook Road in Sharon. The Plant Stand has closed and we still have lots flower and veggie plants, and all kinds of household treasures!

Who or what is Foster Gardens?! We are a very small, family-run operation: only one greenhouse heated with wood and powered by the sun! We both work full time, and I spend the spring months digging in the dirt:) We are not farmers, but I know a few things to grow a few things! More of a homestead than a farm or garden center, we raise vegetable, flower, and herb starts ecologically. All seeds are non GMO, with the majority organic. We're not certified organic, but we use pro mix combined with organic potting soil for more oomph! We don't use pesticides, for the love of bees and other beneficials! We typically have early season, open greenhouse days, then set up our market tent plant stand closer to town the weekend after Mothers Day, when the weather is consistently better, and more importantly, so I don't have to work on my special day:) We're usually set up until Fathers' Day weekend, but stock was running low to justify staying, and we moved it all home on Wednesday!

For the Yard Sale, we have an oak curio cabinet, assorted glassware and collectibles, craft and scrapbook supplies, miscellaneous household items, camping and sporting equipment, and a HUGE FREE pile! We need to empty these storage containers and move on from the fire:(

Have pots?! Need pots?! In the effort to keep our pricing low, we collect and reuse as much as we can: mostly 4", short or tall, round or small, and hanging baskets with attached saucers, 4 pack or super 6 inserts, and trays! In taking back everything, we collect a lot of great stuff, but also have an ABUNDANCE OF POTS for your growing needs!
