Come beat the birds! We have 300 Hascap berry bushes, also known as honey berry, ready for picking. We lost the crop to birds last year and we were not a le to get the netting on the plants last week. So the race is on. We will have a table set up behind the barn with directions for picking. Honey berries are a super fruit full of antioxidants and have a flavor much like blueberries and raspberries. They freeze well and are used in the same way you would use blueberries.
