Dear neighbors,

On Sunday, June 12, Friends of the Barge Canal will be finishing the cleanup work at the Barge Canal that we started (magnificently!) on Green Up Day. Consider lending your energy to this basic, important work. We will begin at 9:00 AM, rain or shine, and continue until 2 PM. Come for an hour or the whole time. People's Kitchen will (once again) provide a delicious lunch for us at 12. Cover all your skin (poison ivy, mosquitoes). Bring water to drink, wear boots. We have work gloves and eye protection if you don't. If you drive, park at Dealer.com. Email me if you have questions.
