All Reading and West Windsor residents are welcome to attend a brief presentation at the West Windsor Fire Station (889 VT Route 44, Brownsville, VT) at 1 PM on Tuesday June 28th. Eric Boedtker, fire chief, will speak about fire safety and there will be time for discussion and questions. Rita Rice, our community wellness nurse, will be present. Anyone who attends will be eligible to win door prizes related to fire safety. Weather permitting, the event will be held outside the fire station. Come and join us! This is an RWW Aging in Place initiative.

Also, there are five openings left for RWW AiP's planned 5 week "Gentle Fitness with Chair Support," class in the ballroom of the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Mt. Ascutney Resort this summer, led by experienced instructor Linda Churchill. The class is for Reading and West Windsor residents aged 50+ and will promote strength, flexibility and stability. There is no charge to attend. Donations to Reading-West Windsor AiP will be accepted, but are not required.

The class will be from 10 AM to 11:00 on Tuesdays: June 28th, July 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th. Pre Registration will be required to attend as there will be a limit of class size of 10 participants. RWW AiP is grateful to the Holiday Inn Club Vacations for supporting this community opportunity.
