Hosted by the YMCA and Community Sailing Center, come for Yoga on the Dock each weekday morning from 7:00 to 8:00a. I teach on Monday's but want to make sure people know it's weekdays :)
Backup studio available inside the CSC, but be prepared to be outside. Classes happen rain, wind or shine!
These all-levels flows are free to Y members, and open to the community with registration. Each class is $15, and more information is on either website.
Classes are generally music-free, up to the teacher's discretion.
Don't forget to register beforehand!
