EXECUTIVE SESSION: per 1 VSA § 313(a)(3) to discuss the appointment or employment of an employee. This session is limited to discussion about applicants for the vacant Road Foreman position and the Road Crew position. All final decisions will be made in open meeting. Action possible.
5:20 Highway Department Update: determining compensation for interim co-Road Foremans Vic Dwire and Gary Lamell. Action likely.
Review and possible approval of VT AOT Grants-in-Aid application to pay for ditching. Action possible.

5:40 Appointing members from Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment to serve on the newly formed Development Review Board effective July 1, 2022. Action likely.
5:55 Review and approval of amendment to the ongoing Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for the buyout of 28 Rich Road, the Voluntary Transaction Agreement with the property owner and a subgrant agreement with the Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission to supplement the buyout. Action likely
