Gong Bath Relaxation Event at Camp Ingalls in North Hero

What is a Gong Bath Relaxation?
It's a state of deep relaxation reached as you let the sound of the gong wash over you. Join Kim Muncil as she leads you to release tension and sink into a relaxed state. Participants will do some breath work and gentle movement to prepare the body. Next, they will lie on a yoga mat and let the sound of the gong do it's job. No experience is needed. Just show up with a yoga mat or blanket. This event is by donation and is offered by Islands Arts and North Hero Parks and Recreation. All donations will go to Island Arts.
