Our guest teacher for this class is Randy George, co-founder of Red Hen Baking Co. They are especially known for their craft-baking, their use of local grains and their authentic Baguettes, so we are thrilled to have him.
Randy will bring his recipes from the bakery and you will not only get your hands in the dough while making your own Baguettes, but also understand the nuances of making this seemingly simple bread outstanding, and bring your skills back to your home kitchen. The class has been sold out for weeks and this is a great opportunity to grab two spaces last minute - full vaccination against COVID-19 virus is required.
