The Energetics of Heavy Menstrual Cycles is an in person class at Railyard Apothecary in Burlington for anyone who has heavy periods or wants to use a more holistic approach for them. Those who want to learn more about supporting people with heavy periods are welcome, too! We will briefly cover common causes of heavy periods, holistic and allopathic treatments, and learn about a new non-hormonal treatment that is coming soon.

We will learn how to release emotional and physical stress that can make heavy bleeding worse. We'll create a safe space and do a guided meditation to energetically realign our system and connect with crystal and plant medicine. There will be a sharing circle where we can talk about anything that is coming up for us. It's completely fine to just listen!
