Interested in meditation?

We welcome you to join a small, regular community of meditators who gather weekly on Monday nights at the First UU Church! We meet at 5:15pm, and meditate from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. If you'd like to sit for a shorter period, there is an opportunity to leave halfway through. Meditation cushions, benches, and chairs are all available for use.
