For 40 years, HomeShare Vermont has championed a simple idea. Two or more people share a home for mutual benefit. A person offers a private bedroom and shared common space in exchange for rent, help around the home or a combination of the two. It differs from a typical roommate situation because at its core, it is about two people helping each other. For this reason and many more, Governor Phil Scott has proclaimed June 5-11, Vermont Homesharing Week.

Have you heard about homesharing but not sure what it is or how it works? Come learn more and celebrate Vermont Homesharing Week at an open house from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7.
