Public Presentation on Healthcare Planning

Past event
Jun 26, 2014, 5 PM

Staff from Franklin County Home Health Agency will present a public presentation on “Start the Conversation,” a statewide initiative presented in partnership with the VNAs of Vermont, Thursday, June 26, 5 p.m. at the Montgomery Library, Montgomery, VT. This is a free community presentation.

In life we plan for everything – college, children, marriage, retirement. But we seldom talk about preparing for the end of our lives.  This presentation is designed to provide people of all ages with the information on end-of-life options and tools they need to start what can be a difficulty conversation with their loved ones.

If you would like a similar presentation at an organization or group in your neighborhood, please contact Mary Harwood, (802) 393-6717 or via email, mharwood@fchha.org.
