The class provides you with all you need for a lifetime of reiki--for moving towards wholeness of body, mind, heart, and spirit.

It's a big promise that takes a dose of curiosity, a willingness to explore the unknown, and trust to experience your innate ability to focus and apply this gentle healing energy.

We'll practice a lot. We'll share our experiences in the class. I'll share the oral history of the founder, Mikao Usui, and how we've come to practice this healing art today. You'll be able to share it with family & friends--and yourself--with confidence by the end of the class.
