The Community Forum will be an opportunity to share your thoughts about the impact of dementia on
your family or the community and to provide input on how we can better meet the needs of the
community. Learn about available resources, volunteer opportunities, and discuss your experiences in
an effort to bolster programs and services to support families.

Our program intern, Lindsey Lefevre-Jones, will share their story about how Alzheimer's disease has
affected their family, and will speak to resources and support for the LGBTQ community.
There will also be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions.
