Greetings, Neighbors!

By now, you likely have seen the pink flyer and funky signs (made by former neighbor Susanne Whyte) announcing our annual individual family garage sales and block party this coming Saturday, June 4th. The sales will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (rain or shine), and the block party will be held starting at 5:30 p.m. (weather permitting) on Brandywine Street. We have permission from all 6 homeowners to allow us to block off the street from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. to set-up and hold this annual event. Thank you, Brandywine neighbors. You were all so kind when I stopped at each of your doors recently.

We have one table and could use one or two more. Plates, cups, napkins, and eating utensils are provided, but feel free to bring your own, if you wish. Please bring a food or beverage item to share, and your own chairs and bug spray. It's great seeing children playing or riding their bikes on the street. The block party is meant to be a fun way to meet neighbors from newborn to nineties.

The sales are being published in the Burlington Free Press and on Craigslist. Please feel free to post them in other places you know.
