Contemplative Creation: Outdoor Workshops at Horsford Gardens and Nursery
Among flowers, trees and reawakening earth, come find space within to ground, seed and blossom. These workshops will begin with a guided arrangement of contemplative practices (seated or walking mediation, writing, individual free movement and verbal connection) before moving into a personal creative session to join your own internal inspiration through any medium. Dance, sing, paint, write, build, create!
Attendees will be asked to bring a journal and pen, your own seat if you wish to be above ground, good walking shoes, and your favorite art making materials. Workshops will be held outside within the garden and nursery grounds.
