The American Legion Post 9 will host a Memorial Day Ceremony to honor our fallen troops on Monday, May 30th at Grant Memorial Park located on South Pleasant Street in Randolph. The ceremony will begin at 10:00 am with a speech, commemorative wreath, Honor Guard services and "Taps." The ceremony will be moved to the RUHS auditorium if it's raining.

B 17 F Flying Fortress Memorial Day Service:
There will be a service held at the site of the memorial plaque erected in 1991 on the property of Matt Boyce, for the 1943 crash of the B 17 F flying fortress where three service men lost their lives. The service will be on May 30th at 12 pm. All are welcome. Some chairs will be provided but you may want to bring your own. The event will be held at 2574 Fish Hill Road in Randolph. The site is exactly 2.5 miles up the road on the right-hand side. Parking is available along the roadside.
