The John G. McCullough Free Library is hosting a Bird Walk at the Mile-Around Woods this coming Sunday, May 29th.
Participants will learn how to spot and identify local birds. The walk should take about an hour.
Meet up at 7:50 AM at the gate to the Mile-Around Woods, on West Street in North Bennington. Walk will begin promptly at 8:00 AM.
Remember to dress appropriately for the weather (might be a little chilly) and a gentle hike.
Bring binoculars, a notebook, and something to write with.
One lucky participant will leave with a free canvas McCullough Library tote.
This event is free and open to the public.
