SUMMER YOGA IN READING

ALL LEVELS WELCOME

WHAT: JOIN US FOR SUMMER HATHA YOGA with certified Yoga Instructor, Cassie Reed.
500 hours Registered Yoga Teacher, YACEP-15 Breath Coach, 200 hours Ayurveda Fundamentals, Master Gardener, UVM. Cassie infuses ancient practices to help self heal our mind, spirit & body through various Ayurvedic tools such as mudras, mantras, pranayama & asanas.

WHO: Come one, come all. All levels welcome.

WHEN: Tuesdays at 6:30p, June 14th – August 30th

WHERE: Reading Elementary School.
When possible, we'll practice outside, otherwise we'll be inside the multi-purpose room

COST: $10 (paid to Cassie Reed at each class)
Actual cost is $18/pp, the Reading Recreation Commission will be subsidizing the additional $8/pp

OTHER:
There will be limited yoga supplies available on a first come, first serve basis.
Feel free to bring your own mat, strap, blocks and any other yoga supplies you like to use.
