Chris Byrne, Phillip Mulligan and I are working with the Chelsea Selectboard to gather community input to guide how the town spends its $380,000 share of COVID relief funding (AKA ARPA). We will be hosting a community meeting at the Town Hall on June 14 at 7pm and encourage people to join us in a brainstorming session. The selectboard has generated a preliminary list of potential projects including infrastructure improvements/maintenance as well as new initiatives but is also interested in ideas from Chelsea residents.
