We're thrilled to announce that we will be opening the Brookfield Old Town Hall for a limited schedule of community events this summer and fall.
Our events committee is busy putting together a schedule, but please stay tuned to:

Our first event will be on Saturday, June 11th, beginning at 6 pm with our traditional community potluck dinner.
With COVID cases on the rise in Vermont, we ask community members and guests to make careful decisions about whether to attend this first event. We will be spacing the dining tables as much as possible and hope to offer some seating outdoors in front of the Old Town Hall building. Wearing masks inside the Old Town Hall when not dining will be advised, and disposable masks will be available at each event.
Other June events include the return of yoga instructor Deonne Myrick and our Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 pm yoga classes (per-class fees increased to $10/adult but free to under 18s), the annual legislative update on Thursday June 16 beginning at 7 pm, and a families-focused petting zoo event with Brookfield Public Library on Sunday June 19th, 2-4 pm, and a families movie – "Princess Bride" – on June 29th (evening start time TBD), as well as continuation of weekly yoga on Tuesday eves.
Other events we hope to host include July 10 intro to Kindermusik for kiddos 3-6 years old, July 14 pollinators' informational session, a spirits tasting with Caledonia Spirits/Barr Hill, another movie night geared to grown-ups, musical events, a fall legislative update, a community talents show, a fall Market Day, our 2nd Oktoberfest and a Families Trick or Treating event!
Please stay tuned and we hope to see you at the Brookfield Old Town Hall!
