Gifford welcomes Chelsea, Tunbridge and Vershire community members to an informal conversation regarding community health needs. We want to hear directly from you about what health challenges your community is facing and what successes we should be celebrating. Our goal is to determine how we can continue to work collaboratively to create a healthy community.
