• Background (historic) data regarding past amount of funding of non-profit organizations and types of non-profits
funded

• Set list of major tasks for the committee (ie,: what are the tasks ?; discussion of specific details of each item will
come at another time)

b. Criteria for funding organizations
c. Items for form sent to organizations
d. Points for cover letter to accompany form
e. Create the process for applying and determining funding
f. Assess organizations and funding requests
g. Concur with select board to identify what organizations and how much funding to put on the town warrant.

• Brainstorm Timeline; set final content of Timeline

• Prepare draft format and draft list of criteria for funding organizations

b. Consider proposal to finalize criteria at next meeting

• Establish size of cash pool for funding all requests
a. Consider Bill’s data from 2003 through 2014
b. Set pool as a percentage of the Town’s General Government expenses ?
c. Other ?

• Distribute suggestions for the "evaluation process" and the "form to be sent to non-profit groups". For study by the committee at home with action at a future meeting.

• Set next meeting date
