This class is designed for people who are brand-new to sourdough or have never worked with it. There will be a full demonstration on the bread making process and starter care, with sourdough snacks provided. We will make no-knead sourdough dough together which participants will take home to rise and bake (be sure to bring your own bowl and dish towel!). Learn about how to care for your starter, and the science of baking. Leave with your dough and a sample of starter.
