Unplug from traditional exercise and step into the power and passion of a fusion fitness workout. Increase flexibility, balance, and agility while building core strength. No experience necessary. Great music! Bring a large towel or a yoga mat. Done in bare feet, or indoor shoes.

Monthly: This Friday evening 6:00 at Sundara Studio in Morrisville
Weekly: Join us 9-10 every Saturday morning OUTDOORS in Stowe. $15
