- Bring anything you want repaired or to get help repairing! Skilled volunteers are ready to evaluate and assist: computers & phones, appliances, furniture, tools, textiles, jewelry, +++

- Bring anything you want to repair yourself and use materials on hand, along with space and time to get it done

- Bring any tools or materials you're happy to share [people are also welcome to volunteer their skills]

The Repair Café concept arose in the Netherlands in 2009, and was formulated by Martine Postma, at the time an Amsterdam-bases journalist/publicist. In 2010, she started the Repair Café Foundation (see Repaircafe.org). This foundation provides support to local groups around the world wishing to start their own Repair Café.
