Need shelter for an outdoor kitchen or gathering space in the forest? Come pitch in and learn how as we create a Mountainsong Expeditions workshop space in the forest at Good Heart Farm in Worcester, and learn for yourself how to set up this traditional shelter using small trees harvested from the land, a few lengths of rope, and a tarp. You will get a chance to use the traditional tools of ax, saw, and draw knife to create the poles for this shelter. Bring a bag lunch and snacks for yourself. The event is open to all genders and is FREE. We will start work at 9am on June 15th. You can see a picture of this type of shelter on our website.
