Join us for Yoga time at the Holland Community Center. This will be an informal group of people doing yoga. If you have your own mat bring if not we will have some. Karla will be leading the group, but you can feel free to do any moves at your own pace. We will be playing relaxing music and just enjoying the practice of yoga.
Yoga Time is open and free to all. If you like Karla's lead feel free to donate, around class time all donations will go directly to Karla for volunteering her time to lead.
The Holland Community Center is located at the old Holland Elementary School 26 School Rd. Holland VT 05830

If you would like to get involved please reach out. We have lots of ways that you can help your community from leading a meet up to joining our board. Our board tries to meet on the first Monday of the month and the event committee meets the second Tuesday. We look forward to meeting you!
