A evening of blue, beer, and food truck cuisine is just one of the new twists to this year’s Stowe Wine & Food Classic at the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe. This annual culinary festival, happening June 13-15, brings together some of the State’s best cuisine, craft beers and food specialists with the world’s top vintners to create New England’s premier culinary experience. While staying true to the traditions of The Classic, featuring premiere wines and food that so many have grown to love and look forward to, the Stowe Wine & Food Classic is also introducing guests to new experiences that mirror the evolving culinary trends that are shaping Vermont’s successful food culture. It is a unique event where the culinary community comes together over the course of one weekend to support and promote good eating and good health. This year’s proceeds will go to the Vermont Foodbank and towards the purchase of a cardiac monitoring unit for Copley Hospital.
