Underhill's Time Capsule Burial is Saturday at Casey's Hill at 12 Noon

Come on down ... or come on up...to Casey's Sliding Hill on Pleasant Valley Road this Saturday at noon for burial of the Time Capsule. The 250th Anniversary Committee has collected hundreds of contemporary items including letters from school children to seen and read 50 years from now.

A 7-foot-by 30-inch wide concrete burial vault filled with the items enclosed in sealed waterproof, archival bags will be lowered into the ground atop the hill during a brief ceremony.

This is the final event by the committee which organized and ran the successful parade and party last June on the 250th anniversary of the town's founding.
