The Essex Democrats will hold a Special In-Person Meeting on Wednesday, May 18, at 6:30 PM at the Essex Police Department Conference Room.
Members of the Essex Town Democratic Committee who reside in the future City of Essex Junction will vote by paper ballot for the residents to be recommended to the Governor for appointment as City of Essex Junction Interim Justices of the Peace, from July 2022 to February 2023, when newly elected JPs are sworn in.
If you are a Democrat, live in the future city of Essex Junction, and would like to be considered to serve as an Interim Justice of The Peace, please contact committee secretary, Dennis Thibeault (Dbt@aol.com), or attend in person on May 18.
This meeting is open to all Essex Democrats and the General Public.
