As we emerge from the pandemic, many are asking questions about what is truly important in their lives. In some way, we are all seeking deeper meaning. Rev. Chatfield will consider the role of meditation in leading us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and our relationship to the universe, offering practical tips for engaging the power of meditation.
