CELEBRITY STORYTELLERS IS A PRODUCTION OF SHINE COMMUNICATIONS AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO CELEBRATE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES WITH ATTENTION TO CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE. In Vermont there are more than 1000 children and youth in foster care and more than 100 who are looking for permanency through adoption. This is our thank you to the loving families who foster, provide respite care, mentor, volunteer, and support children and youth in need.
