Starting May 17th from 6:30-7:30 pm, weekly Tuesday night yoga classes will be held at the Soule House in Fairfield. Participants can pay a weekly fee of $12/class or $10/class when buying a punch card for 5 or 10 classes. This Hatha yoga class is suited for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogi's. Molly Huff has been teaching yoga for 30 years and owned her yoga studio in Fairport NY (suburb of Rochester NY) for 20 years. She recently moved to the Fairfield area and is looking to bring and teach her Grassroots Yoga to the Fairfield community and surrounding communities. This class will be taught in the barn at the Soule House, so mats are recommended, maybe even a beach towel to place under your mat since we will be on a wooden floor.
