Hello friends and neighbors! By now I'm sure you've heard about the leak at the U.S. Supreme Court that revealed its plans to overturn Roe v. Wade. This is cruel and dangerous, and it's time to rally again in support of abortion rights. Approximately half of the United States could soon ban or greatly restrict abortion rights, and other reproductive and sexual health services could be on the line. But! Vermont has a different plan.

If you are able, please join the Abortion Bans Our Bodies Day of Action in Montpelier, an event that is part of a national day of action on May 14. Be sure to RSVP (link below) if you plan to attend. The rally will take place on Saturday, May 14th from 11:00pm-1:30pm at the State House in Montpelier. We'll also take action to support Vermont's Reproductive Liberty Amendment.

The Reproductive Liberty Amendment will be a ballot measure in Vermont's 2022 General Election. If passed, it would protect every Vermonter's right to make their own reproductive decisions, like whether and when to become pregnant, use temporary or permanent birth control, or seek abortion care.
