Northwest Solid Waste District is sponsoring a Hazardous Material Collection Event. They will be set up at the Grand Isle Transfer Station on Saturday May 14th. Items that can be brought are Paints, Paint Thinners, Cleaning Fluids, Auto Fluids such as Oils, or Anti- Freeze.

There is a small fee on most items

The Grand Isle Transfer Station is located on Hansen Lane, which is off from Pearl Street
