Registration is $25.00. There will be prizes, as well as alternative activities for those not athletically inclined.

Sunrise Wellness Center:
The Sunrise Wellness Center is a day program that provides a supportive & safe environment in which a person can learn & practice skills to better deal with issues related to symptoms of mental illness, trauma, & addiction. Our mission is to help individuals reach personal goals in their process of Recovery so as to enhance the quality of life and live as independently as one chooses. Our focus is on self-help and hope. The program is designed based on the concepts & strategies from Mary Ellen Copeland's Recovery Education Program. We support a holistic approach to Wellness, offering a range of experiences & activities that promote spiritual, emotional, and physical wellbeing. The program currently operates Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30. Evening and weekends opportunities are offered as needed or requested by the program participants.
