IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THESE MOVIES TRY TO MAKE AT LEAST ONE AND THEN YOU'LL REALLY UNDERSTAND THE COMPLEXITY OF THIS ISSUE OF CLIMATE CHANGE AND FRACKING IN A WHOLE OTHER WAY.

Dear Neighbors

This past week the world learned that Germany has just accomplished generating 70% of its energy from safer alternative energies, while distancing itself from dirty gas, oil, coal and nuclear. With a climate similar to Vermont's, but with greater cloud cover, Germany's wiser energy choices have resulted in lower energy costs, new job creation, a brighter future for their children, and people living in greater harmony with the Earth. Countries will cease going to war over energy production, as solar, small scale wind, and small scale hydro will offer unlimited access and abundant, low cost energy supply. We see that the future is here now, as other countries continue to educate their people and choose to leave the old paradigm of dirty energy behind.

Here in Vermont we have the unique opportunity to see two groundbreaking documentaries, the definitive series that powerfully persuades people to make a decisive move away from dirty energy. Find out why a growing number of countries around the world are banning extreme energy fracking, with its payload of dirty gas and oil, and their necessary pipeline infrastructures. Learn the practices, the politics, and the price that people across America are currently paying in lost livelihoods, lost health, and lost dreams as a result of the unconventional extreme energies developed in the last 10 years, (fracked 'natural' gas and oil and tar sands oil).

Although fighting hard, the fossil fuel industry is in their last gasps of survival. The future is here now, and it is powered by safer, cheaper, abundant and more easily accessed energies.

'Gasland: The Documentary' is highly awarded. It is internationally recognized as a documentary made with the highest of integrity. As the follow up, 'Gasland 2' is an important update of what has happened to the people, politicians, and investigations presented in 'Gasland: The Documentary'.
