Please join Good Shepherd Church for a delicious and authentic Mediterranean-style dinner prepared for you on May 14th with the proceeds of the dinner going directly to help the people of Ukraine through the Lutheran World Relief program.
The dinner is prepared by Bosnia-Herzegovina native, Davorka, and fellow members and friends of Good Shepherd. The traditionally made meal features Sarma (meat-stuffed cabbage), Moussaka (meat or vegetarian), homemade bread and special desserts such as Kiflice (mini croissant filled with hazelnut spread), Breskvice (peach-shaped cookies), Baklava and Apple Roses, and beverages.

Time: two seatings at 5:00 PM & 6:30 PM; or enjoy Take-Out

Davorka uses family recipes from her home country, Bosnia-Herzegovina featuring Mediterranean foods.She came to Vermont in April, 1994, along with her husband and two sons, after they fled the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Please join in this delicious dinner, festive evening, and benefit for Ukraine.
