Up for discussion at this week's Development Review Board meeting:
1) Proposed boundary adjustment at 3085-3087 Spear St., Fraser-Harris
2) Proposed variance to add a deck within setback at rear of 2922 Greenbush Rd., Moore
3) Conditional Use, site plan Sketch review to add a 2nd apartment above Spears' Store, 20 Jackson Hill Rd.
The Board will also discuss and mark up draft decisions from three project reviews conducted in April. These will be conducted as public deliberations, with no additional public testimony allowed.
