PEPPERY PORKER TO PLEASE PUBLIC
The 250 Anniversary Committee, formed to commemorate Underhill’s incorporation as a Town, is still busy! The enthusiastic numbers for the Town Party convinced us that we should keep the momentum going, right to the end of the 250th year: 2013. One way to do that is to take advantage of the skills of one of our committee members: Nate Sullivan. He has volunteered, not only his expertise on how to roast a pig to a crinkly-skinned perfection, but the pig itself.

FALL PIG ROAST
SEPTEMBER 14 …….. CONNELL’S BARN

Come at 2pm to watch the chef at work; servings will be read at approximately 3pm. Corn on the cob will be done by the committee. We are asking for donations of salads and desserts. No reservations are necessary. BYOB. If you can bring chairs, stools and light tables, that would be a good idea. We are arranging ample parking. Please call any committee member for more details: Sandy Gillim, 3106; Irene Linde, 4734; Rick Heh, 2747; Gael Boardman, 2260; Ted Tedford, 4447; Sue Kusserow, 2215 Mike McKnight, 4185; Nate Sullivan, 4732.
