Climate Change and Foreign Policy: Dan Delurey in May 15 Great Decisions Program

Dan Delurey, a senior fellow at Vermont Law School and frequent commentator on WAMC, will be a featured participant in the next "Great Decisions" program on foreign policy and climate change on Sunday, May 15, 2 p.m., at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 108 School Street, Bennington. The discussion is the fourth of five programs in a series of foreign policy community discussions, co-sponsored by the UU and the Bennington Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW).

A Senior Fellow for Energy and Climate at the Vermont Law School, and frequent commentator on WAMC, Delurey has over 25 years of experience in the energy field and has presented at Congressional hearings, federal and state agency hearings, White House special events, and in conferences abroad. The program will open with a short film on the complexities of foreign policy and climate change prepared by the Foreign Policy Association, followed by questions and discussion.

Participants are encouraged to read "The Renewed Climate Change Agenda," an article in the Great Decisions briefing book, available for purchase at the Foreign Policy Association website, with non-circulating copies also on reserve at the Bennington Free Library.

For information on accessing the program by Zoom, send an email to info@uubennington.org.  Masks are required for in-person attendees.
