On Green Up Day, Saturday, May 7, we will gather a big crew to start to pull the years (or decades) of accumulated garbage out of the woods at the Barge Canal. It will be a first, long overdue step toward caring for this wild land in the heart of the South End.

We will be working from 9 AM to 4 PM, rain or shine. Come for an hour or stay all day. Please wear appropriate clothes (long pants, long-sleeved shirt, sturdy boots, hat). Bring work gloves and safety glasses if you have them and water to drink. Lunch will be provided by the People's Kitchen.
