Harrison's Dinner for Clarina Howard Nichols Center

Harrison's Restaurant in Stowe is hosting a dinner to benefit the Clarina Howard Nichols Center on Wednesday May 25th. There will be two seatings – 5pm and 7:30pm. The cost is $75 per person with 50% of the proceeds donated to Clarina. Call 802-253-7773 to reserve your table.

Here is the fabulous Menu -
First Course (choose one of the following)
• House Salad - mixed greens, house maple whiskey vinaigrette, cucumber, carrots, marinated heirloom cherry tomatoes, radishes
• Roasted Beet Salad - roasted three beet, green apple, maple almonds, goat cheese aioli, apple & beet puree, blood oranges
• Crawfish Fritters - house made crawfish fritters, whole grain mustard cajun remoulade, citrus glaze
• Soup Du Jour

Second Course (choose one of the following)
• Pan Seared Salmon - pan seared salmon, corn and sweet pea succotash, avocado salsa
• Filet Mignon - grilled filet, blue cheese compound butter, three potato gratin, maple whiskey demi glace, heirloom cherry tomato concasse
• Pork Relleno - seasoned pork loin, goat cheese sweet potato mash, chile relleno, pork mole sauce
* Vegetarian option will be available

Third Course (choose one of the following)
• House made carrot cake
• Frozen mocha cheesecake
• Profitteroles
